1. Coffee & Perishables
• No Returns on Coffee: We do not accept returns on coffee beans (whole bean or ground) due to their perishable nature and food safety regulations.

11. Apparel and Hardware (Non-Perishables)
For non-perishable items such as mugs, shirts, or brewing equipment:

• Condition: To be eligible, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.
• Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrived damaged or the error was ours, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled roast/shipment date to avoid being charged for that cycle.
• Refunds on Shipped Subscriptions: Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it follows our standard "No Returns on Coffee" policy.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
