At Off Shift Coffee Co., we know that when you're off shift, the first thing you want is a fresh cup of coffee. We work hard to ensure our beans get from our roaster to your door as quickly and reliably as a "first due" engine.

1.  Shipment Processing Times

       Roasted to Order: To ensure maximum freshness, our coffee is roasted in small batches.

       Processing Window: All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

       Weekends & Holidays: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or federal holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during a holiday promotion), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2.  Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily use USPS and UPS to ensure the most reliable service.

3.  Military & Diplomatic Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

As a firefighter-owned brand, we are proud to support our brothers and sisters serving abroad.

       We ship to all APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail.

       Transit Times: Please note that while we process these orders quickly, delivery to overseas military bases can take anywhere from 10–45 days, depending on the location and military activity.

4.  Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5.  Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Off Shift Coffee Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6.  Damages & Lost Packages

       Damaged Items: If you receive your order and the coffee bag is punctured, or the gear is broken, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Contact us at offshiftcoffeeco@gmail.com. within 7 days with a photo of the damage.

       Lost Packages: If your tracking info shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.

7.  Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your "Station" (shipping address) before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend it.
