1. Overview
This website is operated by Off Shift Coffee Co. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us,” and “our” refer to Off Shift Coffee Co. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. Our products are intended for legal consumption; any use of our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.
3. Products and Pricing
• Coffee & Perishables: Because coffee is a food product, we cannot guarantee that the flavor profile will exactly match your personal preference, though we strive for consistency in every roast. • Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
• Accuracy: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products (and apparel) that appear at the store.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to get your coffee to you as fast as a "first due" engine.
• Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Shipping Issues: Off Shift Coffee Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
5. Returns and Refunds
• Coffee: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we generally do not accept returns on opened bags. If there is an issue with your order (wrong roast, damaged bag), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Apparel/Gear: Unworn and unwashed apparel may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
6. Subscriptions
If you sign up for a "recurring" coffee subscription, you authorize Off Shift Coffee Co. to charge your payment method at the frequency selected. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your customer portal before the next billing cycle.
7. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
8. Prohibited Uses
In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:
• For any unlawful purpose.
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights (including our logos and branding).
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
9. Limitation of Liability
Off Shift Coffee Co. shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Off Shift Coffee Co. is registered.
